1) Sign Up & Payment Verification
Complete the secure form and pay. Once payment is received and verified, you’ll get a Welcome Email from One Percent Group (1% Group) with Client Portal access.

2) Portal Login & Docs
Log in, then upload any missing docs (photo ID, proof of address, SSN card if requested). E-sign our Missouri-governed Term

3) Audit → Disputes
After we have accurate info, we perform a credit audit, identify dispute targets, and submit to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. You’ll see “Disputes Submitted” and ongoing progress/score updates inside your portal.
